This in my opinion is the most important amendment because… It gives people the right to voice THEIR OWN opinion not have to follow someone else’s lead. This way it makes a person feel more independent and not locked into someone else’s idea. this amendment also gives people the right to star things like special speeches like dr. martin Luther king jrs speech in Washington dc because that changed a lot of peoples lives and it also changed a lot of peoples way of thinking on segregation and the way the way they were treating African Americans and without this right that speech wouldn’t have been possible. Without this right we could be controlled by the government and they would have to tell us what to say, so with right we can be individuals and not feel presseured into believing everything that the government tells you.we protectr this right by,…. The constitutiobn protects this right and when a president is sworn into presidency he has to protect the constitution and this right is protected by the constitution.
